Associates, collaborators and founders of The Sinister Insult were once locked in a basement nightclub to witness a punch-up between John Carpenter and Goblin on a dancefloor sticky with blood and cocaine. Eventually they turned away from such spectacle and emerged, blinking in the sunlight, as Kathy Crowned From Blood.
